Ngăn Chặn CSVN Gia Nhập HĐNQ - BS.Trần Văn Tích

2013/08/17 Thỉnh cầu Liên Hiệp Quốc ngăn chặn CSVN gia nhập Hội đồng Nhân Quyền Nhà cầm quyền cộng sản Việt Nam dự định nộp đơn xin gia nhập HĐNQ Liên Hiệp Quốc nhiệm kỳ 2013-2016. Nhằm tìm cách ngăn chặn mưu toan này, chúng tôi : BS Phan Khắc Tường, Cộng Đồng Người Việt Quốc Gia Tự Do tại Pháp, BS Đỗ Văn Hội, Cộng Đồng Người Việt Quốc Gia Liên Bang Hoa kỳ, BS Trần Văn Tích, Liên Hội Người Việt Tỵ Nạn tại Cộng Hoà Liên Bang Đức đã liên kết đồng đứng tên gửi thư cho ông Ban Ki-moon, Tổng Thư Ký Liên Hiệp Quốc và Văn phòng Đại diện 47 quốc gia thành viên Hội đồng Nhân quyền Liên Hiệp Quốc có trụ sở tại Nữu Ước, Hoa Kỳ. Nội dung thư chủ yếu vạch trần những hành động đàn áp dân chúng, khủng bố đối lập, thậm chí giam cầm và sát hại các nhân vật bất đồng chính kiến v.v..; những hành động đáng lẽ phải bị truy tố trước các pháp đình quốc tế, liên quốc và quốc gia. Các tổ chức bảo vệ nhân quyền như Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch cũng từng thường xuyên kết án chính quyền Việt cộng vì những vi phạm nhân quyền liên tục và có hệ thống. Mới đây, ngày 06.08.2013, chính Bà Cecile Pouilly, phát ngôn viên Hội đồng Nhân quyền Liên Hiệp Quốc, đã lên tiếng tố cáo chính quyền Việt cộng thi hành án lệnh tử hình đối với một người dân Việt Nam qua chích độc chất. His Excellency Mr. Ban Ki-Moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations United Nations Headquarters United Nations Plaza New York, NY 10017, USA                                                                                                        16thAugust 2013 Dear Mr Secretary-General, In the past and following the international press and media, the entire world has been witnessing the tyranny, injustice and deception of the Vietnamese communist government. The Vietnamese communist rulers not only have no respect for the will of the Vietnamese people, but have demonstrated their truly totalitarian essence by resorting to the most barbaric and inhumane putting down of all peaceful demonstrations and legally opinion expressions. The Vietnamese people are being permanently confronted by the most brutal and cruel attacks by the state police, security forces and armed thugs organised and supported by the communist government. Thousands of protestors have been pitiless assaulted and beaten up and many have been killed in the most vulgar and obscure manners during the peaceful rallies and/or demonstrations in Saigon, Hanoi and other major cities. There are hundred of pictorial evidences recorded on still and movie cameras showing the barbaric behaviours of the communist security forces, which in time shall be presented to the International Courts of Law as hard evidence in order to bring the perpetrators of the crimes to Justice. Any State with such measures of brutality and savagery against its own people can not possibly be tolerated and hence be worthy of recognition by the world community. International human rights institutions such as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch have frequently condemned the Vietnamese communist government for its human rights abuses. Quite recently the UN's human rights office's spokewoman Cecile Pouilly told reporters that Vietnam has executed a 27-year old man by lethal injection on Tuesday 6th August 2013. The Vietnamese communist government is in full effort compaigning to join the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHCR) for the 2013-2016 term. If elected into this honorable institution, the Vietnamese communist regime would take advantage of its membership to defend and cover up its human rights abuses, do deceive public opinions, to continue harassing dissidents and oppressing our Vietnamese people. We can deduce, therefore, that the Vietnamese communist government does not deserve and should not be elected as a member of the UN Human Rights Council. We strongly and respectfully request you with all authority and influence to stop the Vietnamese communist government from joining the UN Human Rights Council.
